Project Overview
- Complete renovation of penthouse on a 4 story residental landmarked building
- Underwent extensive series of Public hearings and meetings with the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to obtain permission for necessary work
- Work included englargement of penthouse, replacement of roof, addition of brand new full bathroom and buildout of front and back terraces.

Residential Condominiums in Brooklyn
The development of an 8-unit luxury condominium on Second Avenue, located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Harlem in Manhattan called for the construction of a brand new building from the ground up. It will house retail space on the ground floor along with a deluxe penthouse.

- Combined two existing four family buildings into 5 unit luxury condo including 2,235 square foot duplex condominium.
- New penthouse added to the top and the rear extended by 25 feet.
