Richard Du – President and CEO
Richard Du is the President and CEO of Dumann Associates. Mr. Du immigrated to the United States as a youth from Vietnam with little more than the shirt on his back. His strong desire to succeed along his keen business sense enabled him to build a successful career in sales with Xerox where he served as a district manager. Mr. Du started his commercial real estate career with Helmsley Spears over 10 years ago where he gained an extensive understanding of the New York Commercial Real Estate Market. With Dumann Associates, Mr. Du was able to realize his vision to create a company that focuses on supporting its clients throughout the entire real-estate life cycle. Mr. Du understands that properties in New York are businesses that need a variety of real estate services in order to stay profitable. Dumann Associates was established to fill this need by acting as a trusted advisor to its clients and offering them a full suite of integrated services which can be executed quickly to meet their business goals. Under Mr. Du’s leadership, Dumann Associates continues to evolve to respond to the needs of our clients and their businesses.
Mac Luk – Managing Partner
Mac Luk is a co-founder of Dumann Associates. Mr. Luk brings an international perspective to Dumann Associates having spent a significant amount of time in Europe and Asia. Mr. Luk joined Mr. Du more than 6 years ago focusing on retail leasing in New York. The experienced he gained working with owners and tenants in the New York Real Estate Market provided a broad perspective of the commercial real estate business and the opportunities to create a company with a unique business model that is focused on long term value for its clients. As a Managing Partner, Mr. Luk focuses on ensuring that Dumann Associates' customized solutions create the value required for its clients that promote mutually profitable long relationships. Mr. Luk is instrumental in the development of Dumann’s proprietary decision support technology that allows Dumann to provide exceptional service to its clients in terms of speed to deal and depth of research and information.
Andre Aarons - Managing Partner
Andre Aarons is a Managing Partner of Dumann Associates. Mr. Aarons has over 10 years of experience in providing advisory services to businesses in the start-up, growth, expansion and maturity phases of development and is a recognized leader in mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising for financial institutions of all sizes. Mr. Aarons has led project teams integrated by attorneys, accountants, economists; monitored contractual compliance and financial performance turnaround and financial restructurings. In addition to Mr. Aarons’ strong connections to the Wall Street community, Mr. Aarons brings a wealth of experience to Dumann Associates.
Daniel Findorak - Managing Director Investment
Sales
Daniel Findorak is the Managing Director of Investment Sales at Dumann Associates. Mr. Findorak began his commercial real estate career with Dumann focusing on retail leasing where he developed a deep understanding of the New York real estate market. As the head of Dumann’s Investment Sales team Mr. Findorak, specializes in assisting his clients in acquisition and disposition across all asset types in Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Mr. Findorak and his investment sales team provides in-depth research and advisory services and are able to leverage their strong professional relationships to seek out off-market opportunities on the behalf of their clients. Mr. Findorak is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
Howard Lev – Managing Director Property
Management
Howard Lev has over 10 years of residential and commercial real estate business experience. Prior to launching the Dumann All Points Management joint venture, Mr. Lev founded All Points Real Estate, a successful real estate brokerage and property management company. Mr. Lev’s extensive industry experience includes Paul V Profeta & Associates where he was able to leverage his marketing and investment knowledge, complimenting these skills with tenant leasing, asset management, property management and brokerage sales. Mr. Lev has experience with a broad range of product types including retail, office, industrial/flex and residential. Mr. Lev also has extensive expertise in management, sales, marketing and construction. Mr. Lev has unequaled perspective having been the principal involved in negotiations and deal making on both sides of the table.
